Keeps calling my cell number. Answered once but no one was there! Annoying.

Calls several times a day- no message

Some one from this number called me numerous times over the last 2 weeks and most of the time it just rings or clicks off. The other day they called and it rang but then some lady answered in which I could hardly understand. Something about customer appreciation from Art Van in Grand Rapids MI. I called Art Van in Grand Rapids and they told there was no such thing going on. They confirmed it was a scam

The original debtor told me that the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB Are trying to prosecute this Fraudlent company but they keep changing their phone number. They will get them eventually, Do NOT send any money to them!

I have investigated this number to the extreme. They are scammers. They call random people and state that they took a cash advance loan and that if they do not pay they will have a Sheriff at their home the next day to serve you with papers. Problem is they state also that you have to show up to a California Court by a certain date or else. Obviously these stupid Indians think that we are dumb. To be able to sue someone you have to sue them in the state that they reside which I am not in California and have never had a cash loan. The law firm they state they are with does not exist. They are trying to obtain information from gullible people and need to be stopped. Do not give any personal information to anyone who calls from this number.

leaves a message regarding a debt through a payday loan company that I have never heard of. states that the file will be uploaded to the county court on Wednesday. from what i have read on previous post this is scam. i have submitted a claim to to the FTC as well as attorney general.
